"sample" Sale Campaign (Online Exclusive)

The sale items may include runway samples, photoshoot samples, showroom samples, archive pieces, production samples, and items previously used for editorial, promotional, or display purposes. The product image shown are just for reference only and the actual samples may not look exactly like the image shown.


All products mentioned are samples and may have been worn and used for runways, shoots, and other activities. As they are samples, wear and tear are to be expected from these pieces and they may not have any label tags. We will ensure the buttons are available and intact on the samples, no refund or returns are applicable! 


As such, some items may show minor signs of wear, alterations, markings, repairs, or imperfections that do not affect the overall wearability of the garment.


All Sample Sale purchases are final.


No refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.


Please review product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing a Sample Sale item, you accept its condition at the time of sale.


Most Sample Sale items are available in extremely limited quantities, often as one-of-a-kind pieces. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item is only secured upon successful completion of checkout and payment. In the event of an inventory discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order.


Due to the high volume of orders during the Sample Sale period, processing and fulfillment times may be longer than usual.


All prices displayed are final sale prices and cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, vouchers, loyalty rewards, or special offers unless otherwise stated.


Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and courier services.


We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, or pricing errors.


Actual garment colours, textures, and details may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.


By placing an order through the Sample Sale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

    Payment Guide

    Paypal/Stripe: Virtual Online Account, Credit/Debit Cards supported by PayPal & Stripe. 

    All prices listed on shop.motoguo.com will be charged in USD and other currencies displayed are for references only. Any rates or conversion paid will be based on the customer's bank or payment provider.

     
    Returns & Exchanges 

    All purchases on sale or through the use of coupon codes will not be applicable for refunds, returns or exchanges. 

    All purchases made are subject to final and will not be applicable for returns & exchanges unless meeting the qualified criteria on the following guidelines:- 

    Customers must contact customer services via hello@motoguo.com within 72-hours after receiving your order through the designated courier with a valid reason of return, minimum of 3 clear images and valid order & contact information. (applications are subject to approval to proceed) 

    Approved item(s) for returns or exchanges must remain in the same condition as received by the customer (ie: unwashed, unused and unworn) and paid delivery charges will not be compensated for the approved return or exchanges. All packaging materials and tags must still remain intact. Any tampered tags, materials or condition of the item(s) found will result in the immediate cancellation of the prior approved returns or exchanges. 

    The returns & exchanges policy is only applicable for item(s) sold on shop.motoguo.com and is not entitled for item(s) sold through vendors of the motoguo brand and/or items on sale. The company ALITHOODD SDN. BHD. and the motoguo brand reserves the right to reject return requests before and after the designated time period and the validity of the reason given, refunds are not applicable unless otherwise specified.

    Delivery Information

    All shipments from shop.motoguo.com are shipped with courier services available to its destination country and its associated partners in its respective countries; all related services will be in accordance to the recipient's country of services available. 

    Cost of shipment may vary according to item(s) purchased during order check out. Flat rate of USD 50 for international shipping and for purchases above USD 350 will be entitled for free international shipping. 

    *We are currently running a shipping pilot program for a flat rate of USD 5 (Singapore) and USD 10 (Thailand & Hong Kong).

    Orders are pre-scented with Diptyque Eau Des Sens and shipment arrangement processing time may take between 3-7 working days (Public Holiday or Special Sale Campaigns may take up to 5 - 12 working days), once the order has been shipped, the recipient will receive shipment notifications via registered email. 

    Please note that we do not ship to Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Yemen, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic Of Congo, Lebanon, Iran, North Korea and Somalia or any given P.O boxes. 

    In the event of failed delivery or recipients refusing to receive the designated shipment, the order will be returned to the origin of shipping and any additional charges will be borne by the recipient including any additional charges that may have been incurred during this process.

    The recipient will be held responsible for shipments which may be subjected to import duties and taxes that may vary to each respective country.

    Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.  The recipient should be liable to their own VAT/Custom Taxes or any import duties charges of the chosen country they ship to, the recipient is also responsible to provide the full information required for customs processing. Any delay or wrong information provided by the recipient is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
