Pre-order Items Delivery Information
(a) All motoguo footwear products are custom-made and require 30 working days for our shoe artisans to produce. Orders are collected on the 15th and the last day of the month (GMT +8). Therefore, it will take approximately 45 days to deliver the product. Please note that possible delays may occur during festive or public holidays.
(b) Finished products are delivered within 3-5 business days on average with no custom delays.
